Where does Aljarash Home ship from?
Every order leaves our packing studio at 846 Melrose Avenue, Boston, Massachusetts 02222. We ship across all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska, Hawaii and APO/FPO addresses.
How long will my order take?
Orders placed before 1:00 PM ET on a business day are packed the same day. Standard delivery arrives in 3-6 business days, expedited in 2 business days. You receive a tracking number by email as soon as the label is scanned.
How much is shipping?
Standard shipping is a flat $6.95 and is free on orders over $75. Expedited shipping is $18.50. Prices are shown in U.S. dollars and include no hidden handling fees.
What is your return window?
You have 30 days from delivery to return an unused item in its original packaging for a full refund. Return shipping is free when the item arrived damaged or was not what you ordered.
Do you accept returns on sale items?
Yes. Sale and clearance items follow the same 30-day return policy as full-price items. Personalized engraving is the only exception.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay, Google Pay and PayPal. All payments are processed over an encrypted connection by our PCI-DSS compliant payment provider; we never store full card numbers.
Is my ceramic order safe in transit?
Every ceramic and glass piece is wrapped in recycled kraft honeycomb and double-boxed. Breakage under 0.4% last year, and anything that does arrive damaged is replaced free of charge.

Do you offer trade or bulk pricing?
We work with interior designers, small hotels and cafes across New England. Email us with your project and we will send a trade price list within two business days.
Are your materials sustainably sourced?
Where we can, yes. Our linen is OEKO-TEX certified, our oak comes from FSC-certified mills, and all packaging is recycled and recyclable curbside.
