This website is operated by Aljarash Home LLC, a limited liability company registered in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, with its place of business at 846 Melrose Avenue, Boston, Massachusetts 02222, USA.
2. Orders
Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we send you a dispatch confirmation email. If an item turns out to be unavailable, or a price was listed in error, we will contact you and refund you in full.
3. Prices and payment
All prices are shown in U.S. dollars and exclude sales tax, which is calculated at checkout where applicable. Payment is taken at the time of order through our payment provider. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay, Google Pay and PayPal.
4. Delivery
Delivery times quoted on our Shipping page are estimates based on carrier performance and are not guaranteed. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.

6. Product descriptions
Handmade pieces vary. Small differences in glaze tone, grain and weave are characteristic of the materials and are not defects. Screen colours also vary; contact us if exact tone matters for your project and we will describe the current batch.
7. Intellectual property
All text, photography and design on this website belong to Aljarash Home LLC and may not be reproduced without written permission.
8. Acceptable use
You agree not to use this site for unlawful purposes, to attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, or to place fraudulent orders. We may refuse or cancel any order we reasonably believe to be fraudulent.
9. Limitation of liability
Our liability in connection with any product is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, and the state and federal courts located in Suffolk County, Massachusetts have exclusive jurisdiction.

We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published on this page at the time you place your order.
